WorkforceGrowth was launched in the Fall of 2010 with a vision to help companies and teams work better not only by sharing tasks or documents but also by helping each other grow. At WorkforceGrowth, we want to help companies foster a culture of recognition, support and feedback. We are not in the business of managing talent or resources rather enabling people in your company to do amazing things, together.

Our Story
“In 2008, I learned a lesson that building a high performance organization culture is not easy. Adopting a company-wide 360-degree performance reviews is not a task for faint hearted. We found it challenging to figure out the right framework to evaluate performance and then to manage it manually was a nightmare. We had great collaboration tools in place, but those were not enough to foster and maintain a culture of timely and honest feedback. Everyone found performance reviews dreadful and nobody was getting enough insights or feedback to actually improve individual and overall organization performance. That is when I realized the world needs a simpler and an effective system,which is not driven by polices but by employees themselves to help each other grow.” Haris Khan

Haris Khan CEO & Founder
Haris developed WorkforceGrowth from his own painful experience of managing reviews in his previous startup Zigron Inc. He loves to work on user interfaces and drink green tea. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
Kashif Mueen CTO
A graduate of University of Texas A&M. As a CTO & Co-Founder of IPTV startup he was responsible for the entire product and platform development. He has 10+ years of experience as tech lead in firms like MSA and Verizon.
Taimur Qureshi Research Lead
PhD in Data Mining and Predictive Analysis from University of Lyon 2, France. Expert in finding and extracting interesting and useful patterns or amazing stories from large sets of heterogeneous data. Experienced in various types of Data Mining applications such as Spatio-Temporal Pattern Detection and Text-Mining.
