We found it challenging to figure out the right framework to evaluate performance and then to manage it manually was a nightmare. We had great collaboration tools in place, but those were not enough to foster and maintain a culture of timely and honest feedback. Everyone found performance reviews dreadful and nobody was getting enough insights or feedback to actually improve individual and overall organization performance. Haris developed WorkforceGrowth from his own painful experience of managing reviews in his previous startup Zigron Inc. He loves to work on user interfaces and drink green tea. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.

Expert in finding and extracting interesting and useful patterns or amazing stories from large sets of heterogeneous data. Experienced in various types of Data Mining applications such as Spatio-Temporal Pattern Detection and Text-Mining.
