Administration can see all the details of a company’s review process. In ‘Admin Dashboard’, administrators can see the total number of departments, job titles, employees, review questions and review templates which are currently active in the system. They can see the total pending and completed reviews going on and even the reviews which are in draft mode.

You can now browse the organization hierarchy both in the form of departments as well as employees. This will help you and your employees easily visualize the entire company structure.

You can now visually add and edit departments or job titles while browsing by using our new interactive tool. In addition, you can still continue to manage departments and job titles in tabular format.

Instantly setup your company account with Bulk-Upload

To setup a company account instantly in WorkforceGrowth, you can now edit the provided .csv file template with your employees' information and just upload it back. WorkforceGrowth system will then automatically extract & arrange employees’ information according to their departments and create the organization hierarchy for you.
